I like level capping.. coz leveling is boring.. i like the action.. i want compet*tion based on items and skill and not growth.. but i guess if its browser based, level capping is stupid.. restricts you so much..
I didn't have to do it but I did it to say, that I didn't have to do it but I would anyway..

And this.
Level capping should really be a last resort. And making it easier to catch up to established players? Never have I heard a more rediculous idea for a competetive RPG

Doesn't make it that much easier.
You still have to gain all of the exp needed to hit the max level.
I'm not saying I'm going to do it. I'm just discussing
