This is supposed to be about raids correct? Inactive people don't count in raids anyway... The only thing you get by letting higher levels in your gang is a spot on some stupid list that doesn't matter. You are still weak regardless of how many high levels you have in your gang that hasn't logged in weeks. I really don't see your argument, the only thing your losing is a spot on a meaningless list.

Says the leader of the now number one guild?
I don't think that the list is daft as I personally feel that gangs are another aspect of the game that can be dealt with as I did with MW.

hehe good point... for now, we like to play hop-scotch with IW. Anyways I think the list should show power within the last 72. It would give you a better idea of how possible winning the raid would be. I could really care less if we're at the top of the list or not, I think it would be good for the game.

I mentioned the 72 hour idea as I thought it was a good compromise and lets face it.. If you attacked a gang in any situation then you attack the group that was there and not the stradlers from the group who hadn't been there for weeks.
Except the fact that they are still a part of the guild, regardless of not logging in for 3 days
It's just an easy way to make it so that weaker, undeserving guilds can defeat the guilds that are way out of their true power range. Sure, it makes the Guild Vs. Guild raid system more dynamic, but it also takes away from the sense of progression within the system itself.

No it doesn't... we must be thinking of different things here. You would not be able to beat anyone that you couldn't before... The only difference would be on the gang list it would show true power instead of inactive power. The inactives would help in player vs. player battles just like they do now. Heck even people that have been inactive for over 30 days help now... I'm not even talking about that.

For instance... your actual power in Slaughterhouse was probably around 40k... I'm not sure because I never figured it up. Our actual power is probably in the range of 25k? Once again not really sure. I would be no more likely to beat you with a list change then I would without the list change... It's a list, it's completely useless. It has nothing to do with actual gameplay, by changing it you would have a better idea of how close gangs really are. Inactives are now and have been useless since cyber changed the raids, only thing left now is for the list to actually reflect that. It only makes sense.
edit... The list is useless to gameplay now... After making it show actual gang power it would serve as a useful tool used in raids. I really don't know how to stress my opinion on this any clearer. It seems as if you think it would have taken Slaughterhouse off the top of the list when in fact I highly doubt it would have. You have 14k power by yourself which trumps all but 3 maybe 4 gangs by yourself. Add to that your actual active players and you should have still been on top, but 55k was an exagerated figure which in no way showed up in actual gameplay. Just like 40k power is an exagerated figure for both us and IW.
