Wait wait wait..

I started this topic not with the intent of breaking apart gangs and dividing the game power, but rather to shed light on how fun and exciting Guild Ranking used to be..

I don't want gangs to be disbanded, and they shouldn't..

Reshuffle? How will that be achieved? If you disband the old gangs, its old members (or atleast a majority of which) will find their way back thus rendering the reshuffle almost useless..

Although raiding system is indeed better now, it makes Guild Rankings totally useless.. A top gang full of inactive members could be easily beaten by a a low gang with fully active members..

Brainstorming is needed to find ways on how to make Guild Rankings more important.. Coz at the moment, nobody cares who's #3 or who's #13..

I want people to say again "Yeah! We beat InviWar by 100power! We're #2 now!" or something like that..
In the old days.. 100power mattered! Being #2 mattered! and most of all, catching up to another gang mattered!

I didn't have to do it but I did it to say, that I didn't have to do it but I would anyway..

I agree with Party Boy, If the gangs disband I'm just going to turn around and start another El Rukn of which most if not all of the higher level members will just join back... Thus rendering the whole thing useless.

I see what you mean pummel but I just don't see that as the solution. I'm not sure if there even is a solution. It's like that in alot of games. Higher level players like to work with higher level players creating a power vacuume.

Honestly I think alot of the boredom is coming from the version change. Alot of people have voiced their displeasure in this version of the game to me and said they were moving on... Me... I'm being patient, I can see the opportunities for this game to be great. We're just not there yet.

That's sad to hear pummel, I hate to see that character become useless since from what I can tell you worked very hard to make it that strong and thus deserve to have the strongest gang. I don't know, we're losing alot of good players lately. I wish I had the miracle answer but I don't.

i feel that things are ok as-is, but (and this is only a suggestion) the only way i see to acomplish what you guys were asking for is if kpt booted the rest of his members... that would give a slight regrouping, and since the next few highest guilds are almost filled, it will send ppl down the line aswell... plus with kpt booting them rather than disbanding, he can still have his guild, to do raids and such(a**uming that he can win all by himself)

as i said i think things are ok now, but thats the closest i can see to what you described

Actually there is another way to do all this and keep the gangs..

How about if gang power is only calculated by the people who have only been on the last 72 hours and if the gang activity hits hits zero then the gang folds completely?

Actually, that doesn't sound like a bad idea.
