Although, if you take into consideration cyber's last notes.. This type of system would force a stronger necessity for Cross-Guild relations.. It would make the ally-enemy system much more important.. Realistically speaking, the current system doesn't offer much benefit to the highest guild for having allies.. But, a system like this would almost force it.. It may be a problem to keep everyone from allying with each other though, I don't know haha..
If this ambush system was incorporated as well, the guilds would still probably see a need for more alliances.. Maybe there could be a minimum time for the raid also? Like, you can't ambush a raid during the first 3 hours after its creation or something like that.. Just to keep a single person from logging on and destroying a smaller guilds chances.. Or maybe that should be part of the system? To make it still a little difficult for a low lvl guild to win against a higher guild? Hmm.. well, I'm confused now.. Did any of this make sense to anyone?? I have a big headache now... haha

Maybe if the "ambush attempt" was a button you could press after x hours into the raid, and there was a chance it was "too risky" and your side regrouped. You could then try again 30 minutes later.

That way, you have a chance to launch it early from the defending side, but it wouldn't be a certainty that the raid started, and you would have to wait a little while before trying again.

Yehhh.. Maybe you could press the button after x hours, and with each additional hour that pa**ed the chance of success could increase.. or something.. Wouldn't even need the wait to press the button if the success rate was so low at the start though, I guess..

Your skill at talking is most impressive, but must you so blatantly flaunt it?
