Just an idea, but maybe you could have a "Welcoming Committee" that could send a message to each newcomer welcoming them to FutureRP and offering their a**istance if the newcomer has any questions. It could consist of 3 people each a**igned a section of alphabet... A-G, H-P, and Q-Z and maybe a 4th person a**igned to #'s. Whenever someone joins FRP, you go by the first letter or # of their user name and the person a**igned to that letter sends the welcome message.

That way they have one contact that they feel comfortable asking questions to. 

Those a**igned to the "Welcoming Committee" should be voluntary (unrewarded), whose purpose is to help the site grow.

EDIT: I should add that not only should they send the welcome message, but also keep in touch with that person for their first month on here... that's why it should be split up between a few people.
