I think people on bounty list get added for a reason. To be punished. There should be a better way for them to be punished.
My idea... I'll use Hatcher as an example...
Let's say I hitlist Hatcher. I think Instead of once every 12 hours we can hit him to... twice every 12 hours. Not necessarily once per 6 hours, But even.... back to back.... then we have to wait another 12 hours to attack him again. As long as he is bountied though.... 2 times, at any time, in that 12 hour span. The 12 hours starts from the hit #2. once 12 hours is up you can then hit him two more times.
What are you guys thoughts?

That would deffinately provide more of an incentive for people to bounty people. As it stands I enjoy being bountied - it means I p**sed someone off enough for them to use points on me. My reaction would be otherwise though if I could be attacked TWICE by every person.

If a player is bountied, I can reduce the timeout from 12 hours to something smaller. I could also allow two hits within 12 hours.
However, it is too exploitable to just let people stick a 50 point bounty on someone and have two attempts to steal their money and exp.
Such effects should only be for more expensive bounties, not for quick exploits against someone just because they have a bit of cash.
As you said, it's there to punish people, not as a way to take more than your fair share from some random player you came across.

What if you made just an additional option on the bounty page that has the 2x atk per 12 hours effect? You could even make a static price for the bounty.. Make it high enough to make the extra attack not worth the cost to exploit.. If it was expensive enough, it'd be more likely ppl would do it for the principle, not monetary gains.. maybe...?

What if once bountied, you cant remove bounty, it's set in stone? Make you think twice about bountying someone. Cause then once you spend those points to bounty said person, those points are gone forever?

Nah I like CK's version of that. I also like the static price for the 2x attack thought. I would still only make that available on 100+ point bounties as well as not allow people to retract them.
In all reality bounties should be set in stone anyway. If you put word out on the street that you'll give 10 G's for someone to get offed and you change your mind but someone makes the hit... you're dead if you don't pay up lol.
