The formula is simple, base level one's avg. hits needed against inserted stats divided by inserted stats' avg. hits needed against base level one.

Power Level Formula? Not officially (which means you have gone full retard lol), just something I made up for fun. It's a lot more true to the actual game than the previous formulas (which involved taking numbers out of nowhere) I had done before.

So now that I have gone full retard, what is the point of putting this up if we can't add numbers to it.
