Um so yeah, I was wondering how the ranking system works WITHIN EACH RANK - so in El Rukn, I'm (currently) second one down in the Soldier rank, but am the lowest level in that rank...
So I was wondering how that works (smiley)

It's random... there is no order to those with the same rank as you. If you check it several times throughout the day you will notice it change.
