Is it just my browser or something but all I can see is white background and when I highlight the buttons ie Members etc the dropdown list is at the top 
and while banking my money this happend

Your stylesheet is broken.
The new and old games are on the same domain, so the login cookies are in conflict currently.
Just use rpwar.com to log into the old game.
And, futurerp.net/round3beta for the new game.
