I can't change my pa**word or my details.

I'm typing a new pa**word and changing my details and it doesn't change.

I type my current pa**word and I can't change it.

I even double chacked the current pa**word.

I logged off and logged on with the pa**word and I typed the same pa**word in the current pa**word buy it brings me back to the page without any changes

Please help.

Why on earth can't I replicate this problem?!

I'm not sure.

I think I have IE 6 or 7.

And i coul'd have change it a week ago but since I made it more then 15 digits, I can't change my details.

Interesting. That might be part of the problem, although I do permit 64 character pa**words, just to accommodate the most security conscious
