I have a Mutant Kings Secptre in my backpack but it does not actually exist apparently!

I cannnot donate it to guild because it is locked for trade yet when i go to trade store apparentley it is not up for trade, it is in the trade store though, it can not be bid on as several people have tried but it tells them it does not exist! Please help me because it takes up valuable room in my backpack
