This has been discussed before and cyber has promised to give a free reset once all skills have been properly taken into a**essment and fixed/modified accordingly.. 
Edit: Or atleast I think I remembered him promised.
Edit2: None the less he did mention a reset, I don't know if that qualifies as a promise..

I didn't have to do it but I did it to say, that I didn't have to do it but I would anyway..
