Are you suggesting the time rotate week by week, eventually hitting every hour of the day? That would keep things consistent and fair for the many different time zones we all have. Or rotate it by four hours every week. That would make it feasible for most people to take advantage pretty much every week.
Start it at 12pm server time, then 1600, 2000, 0000, 0400, 0800, 1200 and on and on.
Suggestion we discussed in discord was three hourly as there are 3 power hours (over the course of a week)
if this changed the first PH could start at 1UTC on the day it does now
2nd PH start ar 2UTC (or a 3 hour vairiant of that) on the day it is now
2rd PH start at 3UTC (or its 3 hour variants) same day as now.
then the next cycle is 7 days less 3 hours.
Eventually they all cycle through morning noon & night 7 days of the week & covering a lot more people. A discord webhook into an announcement channel (on a discord server) would handle the notifications (even if not logged into the game)

I really like that idea. The only adjustment I'd suggest is to space them eight hours apart so day one starts at 0000, day two starts at 0800 and day three starts at 1600 and rotate each one hour every week. This way, no matter what time zone you're in you can take advantage at least once a week. If it was 0100 ,0200 ,0300 there would be successive weeks where some might not be able to participate until it rotated more.
Thats the reason for the 3 hour variants.
1PH 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22
2PH 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23
3PH 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 0
So 1, 8, 15 would bea good start sequence

I do admit it would be nice to have power hour shuffle through the hours every day that it is already on, but there is something to be said for regularity allowing people to know exactly when it will be, but I suppose so many people cannot quote the right power hour time even now as I wasn't able to get it exact. But, if CK made those changes it would probably mess with the Events page(maybe not that much).
Just in case anyone doesn't know there is an events page if you go to Events(new) under community. That will give you a countdown to any bonus event for each day and hours if it is less than a day away. Most events are started at 12AM server time, but things like unlimited bank deposits and power hour only last an hour, and the jackpots are a one off the happens at reset.
Yep, thats what i saying. all three power hours (PH in my posts) should cycle. I actually think all events should cycle instead of being same day of the week, same time of the week
