Mind changing the attack timer? Now we have captchas again without having a decreased attack timer. Just taking longer than before to get attacks in.
Thanks!
Would love to see this happen. Attack timer being too high has been a common complaint for the past several years and could easily be improved

So the quest maker, what kind of progress did that end up on? I know there was that questing map so it seems most of those things got done at least, it was looking promising. I designed my maps with the full intent of an entire questing experience afterall.
I know there is a thread somewhere in which we went pretty deep into the idea's of questing types, rewards, etc..
Something I've noticed while poking around is obviously the missing homepage. I read the other thread about why that was removed, makes sense. Feels a bit impersonal to me now that I can't see it though, I don't know how to explain it. If that must be how it is, that's fine.
But, it is quite strange to have every name show as orange now. Which I can see specifically being a problem when deciding if people are around for raiding or not. Speaking of, raids should probably default to 6 hours. I mean who really does 10 minute raids.

Hey, I think the quest editor got quite far along, actually. I need to investigate it because it's been a while, but I think the only issues I was having were related to locking it down to stop exploitation, and rewarding (but we did end up allowing "tokens" to be won, to unlock item rewards, etc.").
I'll have to get back to you on that, but yes, seemed pretty much done.
The home page needs more information, I agree. It needs screenshots, leaderboard links, something to let people see what the game is like before they log in. I agree.
With regards to names, to be honest, I never even noticed that they'd stopped reflecting online status
Edit:
I've added a slight colour change for online/suspended players for now. I've also had to add it back to shoutbox and raid view page, as it was missing entirely (not even applying the online status).
Since I couldn't see it, there may be some pages where it isn't enabled, but I'll fix them as I notice them

Oh yeah, now that you mention it, I believe I had a questing FRP badge in my noob map. Like 5m credit reward from me or something? I think I had to make it a drop though, I'll have to look and see if it was actually a quest or not. Edit: Yeah so it wasn't a quest, it was just the Significance Badge that would drop from a few NPC's and they'd tell me about it and I'd send them 5m. The 2 different maps weren't connected either, what I was thinking of was just the fact that they lead into eachother storywise, and with the noob map, the entire thing was the singular map, you could see all around you, but only had access to 1 station at a time.
Thanks for updating the online status, and replying I'll let you know if I notice an area not quite working yet in this post.
Edit: Well right off the bat, the forum online status aren't working Granted it has an online status already for it.
Lottery and Point Raffle, oddly the Multiplier works though. I thought it would just effect the whole site
Also worth mentioning, I'm at Gale's house at the moment and the online/offline colors are completely different for some reason. For her, on IE and Firefox, offline color is the normal orange (the old online color), and online is a brighter orange. However for me on chrome, offline is orange, online is blue, both of us with dark theme. Light theme for me is dark blue online, light blue offline, which is the same for her when on light theme. If that didn't confuse you

Weird, try a hard refresh. I think the blue is because your browsers cached a version of the stylesheet before I'd finished live-editing the site like an animal
It does apply to the entire website, but I changed everywhere that displays usernames to use a shared helper function (so it has player tooltips, etc.). Problem is, a few places aren't pa**ing all of the online status info to that function. Just an oversight, becauase I couldn't see the difference in colour to notice it was absent

I hit it the error page nearly every attack. Major pain in the A.S.S.
