Just a quick note: I think making more turns based on atks/day is a good way to discourage attacking throughout the day in general. Sometimes my turn count gets low (Thursdays use lots of 20 turns / atk on PVP) and then attacking 3k-4k more times I might run out of turns. At that point, I'd be getting punished for attacking too much, and I don't think that's the intended goal of your idea.
If I want to attack mindlessly for hours every day, let me!
