Would it be possible for somebody who has the privileges edit the wiki page in the item sets section to put a detailed list of user made items that are on the game and how and where to get them and the requirement to use them

Best bet would be if that were just auto-generated by the game, because there are a fair amount of them. Some people might want them to be a secret for a while, so we should probably only show them if they're already in the wild.
