drafting players into guild say top 4 guilds were in a comp and Guild with most growth in the month

1st place 3 drafts

2nd place 2 drafts

3rd place  1 drafts

4th place 0 drafts

but their is rules on who you can draft in like the leader can draft people who are lower or of equally skill but no higher than him/her self and but you can only draft in 1 player from a different guild this idea can encourage more activity in the game than just signing in so you can stay active

It's probably just me being dumb, but I'm not following this one. Can you explain it again to me? (smiley)

ignore the thing i posted iv change the idea completely.

so every guild competes and at the end of every month you add up the growth and the guild would win placements tokens

so to join a guild that guild your are trying to join have to have a token and when you are accepted into that it would minus a token

their would be 30 default tokens given to every guild so say you stated a new guild and you got 29 people to join plus yourself  you would have 0 tokens left but then someone left the guild you would still have zero tokens unless you bought some with points or won them in the guild comp every month

1st 15 token

2nd 7 tokens

3rd   5 tokens

What exactly does this achieve though? You're suggesting, basically, that it costs points to have members into the guild, right (except for the first 30 default tokens)?

I don't see what this does for anyone.

encourages guild to get more growth or they wont be able to get people into the guild to replace people who have left or guild hopped
