I get the first part. To point it out, what you really mean is guild ownership. So the guild can then let it's members "borrow" the items indefinitely, then take back when needed for the benefit of another guild member. It's a way to prevent good items from being stagnant in a dormant account when it could made to good use on someone who's active.

The rest of your post, you lost me with your poetry. 

I didn't have to do it but I did it to say, that I didn't have to do it but I would anyway..

Had a simple improvement idea and then my mind just flew away and it became a dream..

But yup.. you place a tag on items so you can recall them for any reason.

Fudging poetry.. I keep hearing that I confuse people..

Well, it would stop a fair amount of guild hopping with pockets full of the guild's stuff, but at the same time, it's nice that a guild has to be based on trust.

I'm on the fence with this idea. 

To be fair, I think I'm responding to the response. I haven't had a chance to read the full post yet
