When moving a thread from one subforum to another, it doesn't update it's thread count or post count, seems like it should. As I've moved a lot of threads to the 'Ranks' subforum, and am using it as a trashcan (which I wish you would add lol). I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing that the subforum you moved it from also does not update it's thread and post count.
It seems it also does not update for deleted threads in the forum, see the 'Recruitment' forum as an example.
