The plan is to implement "EXP from successful raids"!

Initially, it will be a simple system, where the EXP gains are shared out between winning guild members. In the future, I can imagine people getting bonuses for lasting until the last round, killing th most enemies, most critical hits, etc.

If anyone has any strong opinions on this, or ideas that might improve things, please post them here (smiley)

There are a few things to consider, such as the amount of EXP likely to be awarded, the effects of raiding a much weaker enemy vs a more difficult one, etc.

While we are talking about raids.
I'd like to suggest individual speed system in raid.
Right now, the raid group with higher total speed attacks the other side first.
Is it possible to individualize the speeds?
Basically, the unit with highest speed in BOTH groups starts the attack, then comes the unit with second highest speed and so on, until the slowest unit still alive finishes the raid round.
Am I clear enough?

would that not make weaker people die before they get a chance to hit?

Yes, I understand you. I don't know how much work this would involve. It does sound like a step in the right direction though. It would be nice if the raid wasn't done in such large pa**es, and was more PvP-like.

Their deathrate would stay just about same, though some weak players from originally faster side would no longer get a hit, the difference in that aspect shouldn't be that bad though, since the attacks are still randomized between many defenders, so the stronger players are likely to take the hit.

As long as it is GvB then it would be ok to do such a thing - but a raid that is GvG would suck because the defending guild would always lose exp because they arent as strong as the other guild.
