Just to clarify few things:
I dunno about other players, but Meph himself didn't do much other than bountying him like crazy after having been told to eat s**t, most likely because of his ramblings about Secret City and the guild losing few members in favor to Disciples of the Gods (Meph's guild).

Secondly, he is banned only temporarily (according to my sources anyway). I expect the length to be about a week or so. I don't have clear knowledge about his ban length though.

I wasn't even online when he went off. Our personal conflict may or may not have contributed to his overall state of emotion at the time, but I personally hadn't spoken to him for a day or two prior.
  Putting a bounty on someone is within the rules.  Arguing with someone in personal message, although not desired.. is not in full public view and not offending other members.

BUT coming into chat and swearing and cursing admins, putting up offensive statements in the public chatbox ARE a breach of the rules, that is what he has been temporarily banned for... not anything else. 

totally agree, if a punish will be spared, all people around of the problem need to be punished, if i can bully and harra** a player and when it explode i left clean i will do with all those who can theat me for being the top

thats make who good players left from game and eventually game lost their interest and end as a faliure,as many i see in 12years of play

The issue is being addressed and I would respectfully request that it not be discussed here or in chat.  Especially since those who were involved are the only ones who know all circumstances surrounding the ban.

I am going to lock this issue, not because I disagree with it, but because I feel that it is being handled by those who are best equipped to handle it.  I am not making any promises, so please don't hold me to anything, but know that I do have Two Face's best interests in mind.

Looks like CK thought he already unbanned Two Face.
He's unbanned for real now.
