i have an idea why don't you have extremely rare items called booster shots that can be given out as a reward from quests or be sold in shops,
- they come at different levels from level 1-5.
- have different effects like give exp per hour or turns per hour, or they can give a multiplier or boost on stats.
- they last for a certain amount of time depending on the level, the higher the level the longer they last.
- also the higher the level the more the stat is increased by or the more exp/turns gained.
- different colours get different effects for example; red for exp, green for turns, blue for attack, yellow for accuracy, purple for defence and orange for agility.
- then there is the ultimate booster shot which only comes in one level and boosts all stats for the same length of time and same amount as a level 3 shot

soon you will be able to make items by yourself 
(supposing that the world buyilder will come out in 1-2months)
so you can make an item like that or somewhat alike item, by yourself
(or ask some guy to make the item picture for you)
