There can be some general requests in various levels of difficulty, in order of ranks F-S for example. Each request can be completed by each member of the guild once per day. Each time a request is completed some or all of  the following rewards can occur: The guild member receives credits/points/whatever the WB currency is going to be, also the guild itself will receive credits/points/WB currency in addition to Guild Points (GP) or something like that.

GP's are used to increase the rank of the guild. Every guild should start out at Rank F and each time a mission is completed the guild receive GP's based on the difficulty of the mission. The higher ranked the mission the more GP's it receives, once it receives enough GP's it increases in rank and the guild can do higher ranked missions. 

Missions can be bought using the guilds credits, which gives guilds something besides medals to spend their money on. Missions could also be user submitted so CK won't have to come up with everything himself It will however, give the admin team more to do. My idea is that once a user comes up with an idea they will submit it to the admin team and they decide what the rewards should be, should it give out points, credits, etc, and also what rank it should be and how many GP's is gained from completing it.
