Name: Respawn king
Turn cost: 300
Duration: 200mins
Cool down: 300 mins
Description: This skill will make every NPC on the map you are currently attacking on respawn 2/3 mins quicker. So if you are going for the record or something then you can speed through a map with no fear of hafting to wait like 5mins at the other end waiting for respawns.
My edition:
"Accelerated procreation", will make your personal respawn of NPC's 6%-15% quicker (Skill lvl 1-10).
Turn cost: ???
Duration: 100-190 min
Cooldown: 720 min

1) We have one for no exp lost whilst the skill is cast (honour), but what about one for no money being lost in attacks whilst the skill is cast.
And yes, i know, it's an obvious one, but I'm sure there was something similar a while back......?
2) This isn't an idea for a new skill, but poisoned blowpipe really needs improving, because -2exp an hour is nothing, really.

Iaada's first idea: Imo, the skill casting should be costly, very high cooldown, high turn usage or short timely.

Also, Itchy Trigger needs to be updated to newer game system (as skill gives way too few agility compared to huge loss of accuracy right now.)

I'd have it as the same, or similar, to the times that Honour has.
