Let's say I wanted to give someone the ability to adjust guild ranks but at the same aspect I didnt want them to have the "boot" feature.  I didnt run into this problem in PhD.  But in TS there was a few times I really wanted to give out manage guild but didnt want to take a chance that the guild could get ma** booted.  Like sure I may trust a certain someone but I didnt trust his friends who magically had access to his (their/each others) accounts. 

Kinda too late to fix it for me but maybe someone like me in the future may run into the same problem.  Cause the guild could run a lot smoother if more than 1 is managing the guild without the fear of getting ma** booted.  etc etc
