new idea, top player month with growth gets new developed item, item doesnt have to be best, can be better than a guilds member previous item or could be sold.
things to sideline arguments:
it could be randomly awarded to comp ppl for those who dont use an AA to have a chance
it could be awarded through a new outlet like a tournament
it could be awarded by being found randomly on the map and who ever finds it gets it like a treasure hunt. (richard geres hiney)

Tournaments.. What is the general idea behind this? What are the mechanics of it, I mean. I'm interested in re-introducing such a feature.
Also, if the World Building proves to be more than a broken promise, custom items will be viable.

i don't understand how i describe something as simple as a tournament for you. It's a tournament, i could care less how it is operated, i could be 5 players from a guild vs another 5 players from a guild for all i care

Don't try to be funny with me. You knew what I meant. We've had tournaments before and it's been boring because you almost always know who will win. The highest levelled player with the best items will win pretty reliably.
A tournament like that is a waste of time, hence me asking what magical solution you have this time around. All I can think of is having a tournament where your target is to complete the most attacks in a period of time, or something that doesn't use normal attacking and requires you to pick a "move" to perform on the target.

or it's where my elemental or item type idea can be implenated where different type of items are stronger or weaker vs other types of items
