Anyone who hits level 100... 1 NPC on smaller planets can be a pic with your name on it. So smaller people attacking them someday wanna see their names there. I'm not talking about everyone gets their own kind of NPCS. But just 1 NPC in the whole game. It may push people to try and get to level 100. Also will encourage travel between everyone to go find them and their friends NPCs.
example.... like not an actual NPC named "mike niceness" but just take a "death beetle" for instance.... they're pic-less. Give one death beetle NPC my pic. or a monster pic with my name on it.
I know this may be a corny idea... But it's so easy to do. and it's a nice little gesture for those people who did hit level 100.
