I am sure this has came up before but I figured I would post it.

I just got done attacking Metaphizix a level 6 that has on level 15+ items. I figure this is from him being away for so long but no sure on that. Shouldnt the items be auto-unequipped or something of the sorts? I mean if he ever comes back he will be a level 6 with high-end gear...

thats not normal. its not so much a bug with it being for every person. because i know that Aragorn had level 35+ items and as soon as he leveled down, it unequipped them. seems strange to me.....

This is something I keep averting my eyes from It only affects a couple of accounts. I will fix this within the next week. It's reasonably easy to fix, it just has performance issues if it's fixed incorrectly.

Bump; so easy to fix, it's 2012 and we still don't handle this eventuality. It might be made redundant if we go thought with the prestige changes, but for now, even just a quick admin tool to knock their item effects offline would be handy.
