ok, first off, me and several others think this is a terrible idea for several reasons, i mean c'mon the wait time for ships is horrible...it forces ppl to take time out of their actual life just so they can get some decent growth, now we will have to run back and forths just to raid? this will lose alot of members from the game. quote from jackkdanialz "thhis game will be over for me if i have to get on stupid ships to raid"

and what if we lose connection or fall asleep.....  and the items go on the ground?

unless there is items for my level or a level higher than 100.....

PLEASE DONT CHANGE THE CURRENT RAID STRUCTURE

With this change, CK will also change the absolute max members to something 100, so ppl just can be placed according to wish. That solves already half of the problem.

Don't make this sound so melodramatic -- first of all, the traveling times will not be such a big pain anymore. Traveling time will be reduced before all these changes come online.

Then, as Aurum eXo says, the guilds will hold up to 50-100 players so you won't need to travel to raid the Crystalline Ent*ty if you're level 20.

You'll have a raiding crew for the FOO boss NPC, a raiding crew for the BAR boss NPC a.s.o.



You will "order", say, the CE raid. If you know for sure you're online tomorrow at hour X, then you can order the raid at hour X+1. If for some weird reason you weren't able to log out while standing on the "raid location" and you are not able to get online before hour X+1, then, simple, the raid won't take place.

If the items fall on the ground, only a handful of people from a guild will have the permission to pick them up. And these people will also be the only ones who will be able to "order" a raid. Naturally, you're one of them. If the raid takes place at hour X+1, you'll obviously be online at that time and pick them up yourself. : )



Again, you don't need to. There's no use for you to travel to the Lava Demon location if there is already an established raiding crew for that particular NPC.

One big advantage of this whole thing is that you don't actually need to be online at the time of the raid.

The current raid system obliges you to be online sometime in the 6 hours raid window (otherwise you won't "join" it, regardless of your position on the map).
