my guild has disappeared out of nowhere, me and my members invest lots of time and points to have everything lost all of a sudden. Last time i checked my guild was still standing with points and valuable items in the guild vault that were also worth a decent amount of points.

I know it wasnt a person who infiltrated the guild and kicked everyone out, it must of been something else guild bug of some sort. very concern about what has happend waiting for feedback...

I see two possibilities here:

(1) You either had somebody in the guild whom you granted full privileges...

(2) ...either you forgot to log in for a while.

If you browse the existing guilds, you will see some of them turn up with a member count of (for instance) 0/1/10. This means that out of the 1 member in that guild (with 10 member slots), 0 were active recently.

AFAIK there's a purge routine that takes care of these dead guilds.

It really makes sense -- if one wants to run a guild, (s)he would have to at least log in often enough in order to keep the guild active.

However I don't remember which is the exact amount of time that makes the guild listing go from "1/1/10" to "0/1/10" (for instance).

The problem is known and a fix has been applied.
When did this happen?

Basically, the reason for the bug is a misalignment of the 'active_members' variable.
Other guilds don't have this problem. For some reason, it affects only a small number of guilds, and usually the ones with a huge amount of inactive players.

It may not have been this bug and instead, a misclick/bad browser extension on your part, but it's a possibility.

Send me a private message and I'll restore your guild from a backup.

This is legitimate Forger, it happened to me before- I had been inactive for a week, but according to my members the guild had still been going along, and messaged me asking why it happened.

I wasn't saying it wasn't legitimate.

Also, the situation I described was this: when there would have only been one person in the guild (the guild leader); if he went inactive and the guild's active count was 0/1/5 or 0/1/10 or 0/1/20 or 0/1/30, after a while the guild would be 'purged'.

Ahh, my wording was not the best. I was simply saying that those are not the only two possibilities; the bug has happened before.
