- How is 'Last activity' reported?
Sat Oct 25 21:45:54 EDT 2008
Again, something I don't quite get (not a surprise actually).
On each profile, you get a 'Last activiy" indicator. I was wondering how exactly is this reported? Something struck me earlier today - woke up, attacked only 100 times, left Firefox and Opera with opened and logged in tabs of FutureRP, left the PC turned on and left to a friend. A few hours later, I was showing him my profile page (while not logging in) and the "last activity" indicator showed I was last seen 1 minute ago.
Things I'm sure of:
- there's no other person living with me (so nobody with physical access to my PC);
- the cat didn't struck the keyboard;
- no power outage.
So I'm wondering how exactly the last activity is reported. If I want to be reported as 'last seen: 2 hours ago' do I need to explicitly log out of the game?

No, you just need to leave it on a page without a chat box

The chat boxes keep your online because they refresh every five seconds. I am thinking about changing that

Ah, I understand now. That's why. Thanks for the explanation.
