This is something I was messing around with, and although it's not officially part of the game yet, here it is:

That link will take you to a page that shows you your guilds monthly + daily progress, with the option to add a growth threshold for that month.
If they don't meet the threshold, you'll be able to see as it nears the end of the month.
Whether you need to tell them off or kick them, that's up to you.

Our current monthly target is 30,000 experience, but you can set it to anything you want, by changing the ?t=30000 to something else.

Now, I suggest you post this in your guild forum, or on the message board on your profiles.
It will work on your description too, since players outside your guild will not see YOUR guild, but their own.

It's not perfect yet, but it is quite handy to keep your members growing like they should. Enjoy.

This is a great tool. Can't it be added somewhere in the "Guilds" menu? I have to search for the link in here each time I want to see the stats in my guild.

As an idea, the 'guild growth goals' page should default to a form asking you to enter in a text box the monthly goal you want to see the stats for.

If you enter '500000' you will get redirected to http://futurerp.net/pages/guild_mgstatus.php?t=500000, if you enter '10000' you get redirected to http://futurerp.net/pages/guild_mgstatus.php?t=10000 and so on.
