So once we have maxed out at 80/80 on the fishing skill, even if we continue fishing at the first spot we don't continue to gain experience?

I have to make some changes to the fishing skill, binding Talents that will be unlocked as your experience grows.
It is easier to lock you at apprentice for a few more days, but the situation will change soon enough, I promise

Okay, I guess I can try to be patient and continue to attack players and NPC's until then. 

Although all this talk of new skills has me waiting impatiently.

It's just in the settlement area.
