All items i bought from the item store as well as the upgrades i bught in the point store are missing and i havent got back the points or the cash for them

if you bought them in the beta then it doesnt matter all the accounts were updated when they moved over so all the beta accounts were wiped, if not i think CK said he might have done a reset and will give you the points/money today

no some items i had bought in this version and the points i had spent in this version all those are gone as well also i tried equiping the K'tronian lazer saw i bought now and  it says  Sorry, but you are not powerful enough to equip this item!

well i think the points and money will be given back, and i didnt know there is a level limit on certain items, well it doesnt say on them anyway... have to wait for CK to fill us all in

cyber had to erase some items yesterday... thats probly where your items went and as for equiping items, if the item has a red name its level 100+ purple it 65+ but i think all those items were removed and i didnt think the other items had a level requirement at all!
