I think I might have 'fished' something here.
First of all, this happened on a standard browser:
I had the fishing tab opened and the line was cast. I had another tab (opened previously) with the contents of my backpack. After I cast the line, I switched to the backpack tab, refreshed it (actually clicked again World -> Backpack), selected the radio button for "Use" next to the last fish I caught and ate (used) it. When I switched back to the fishing tab, I had the icon for reeling in. I clicked it and after waiting a while I got this:
EDIT: At a subsequent fishing attempt, the darn fish decided to escape and everything was fine. Which makes me wonder if this problem doesn't occur exactly at the moment when the reeling in time expires and the user clicks, though, the icon for reeling in the prey.

This is very odd. Perhaps it is a very rare situation related to the time you click. Still, it shouldn't happen. I must say that I've never had the issue, but then, I've never pressed the button at the end of the allotted reel time

Another error... more "serious" i.e. it just cost me 10 turns and 1 brain fish!!!!
It bit, I reeled in, and while waiting for the 'keep/drop' question, this is what I got:
EDIT: Bah! I had to edit this 6 times to get the inner "[ url = linktoimage ] [ img ] linktoimage [ /img ] [ /url ]" thing to work! See how mad I am??

It just occurred once to me, forgot to mention. However, it did occur.
