While there was discussion of of some sort of trash or mirror forum to put old post into, instead of deleting them. It would be nice if the guild forums also had this feature. I see old posts that are no longer relevant in my guild forums, and the same as you CK, I don't want to just delete them. Locking them is sufficient for now, but I wish I had somewhere to put them.

The guild forums could work well easily with just a trash can. (smiley)

Similar to the "Recyling Bin" on a desktop?
If so, then yes. It should be placed in its own category by itself.

Yes essentially. A lot of forums have a trash can for removed threads, yet it allows you to view them when you wish. Or restore them. Just like the recycle bin.

Looks like we need a way to remember which forum they originally came from.

Normal forums remember where things came from when they're moved, so perhaps we should too. I'll see what I can do. With that, we'd be able to move stuff into a trash folder and not lose context.

EDIT:

Actually, it might be nice if guild owners could moderate their own forum structure, with up to 10 forums that they're free to manage. Something along those lines, anyway.
